However, more attention should be paid to the quality of materials produced by the mill. So how can we improve the quality of materials processed by the mill?
- 1. For the size of the grinding material, it should not exceed the size required by the grinding machine. Once it exceeds the size, it will lead to the coarse production particles of the material. Because the production capacity of the grinding machine is limited, it should not exceed the required size. When the conditions remain unchanged, the finer the grinding material, the finer the particle size of the powder produced.
- 2. The hardness of raw materials will also affect the processing quality of the mill. Under other conditions, if the hardness of raw materials is too large, the particle size of powder production will become larger, so the quality of materials will become lower.
- 3. In the production process, if the one-time feeding is too much, the material will stay in the mill for too little time, resulting in insufficient grinding of the material, so that the particle size of the material will be too coarse and the production quality will be reduced. Therefore, in the production process should control the material feeding, according to the performance and model of the mill, to the appropriate feeding, so as not to affect the quality of the product.
- 4. When the rotational speed of the mill is too low, the smaller the impact force is, the lower the production capacity of the equipment is. At the same time, when the rotating speed of the equipment is too high, the impact force will become larger. Therefore, in the production process, in order to achieve different production granularity, first of all, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the equipment, so as to achieve the required production quality.
